Rates are quoted per unit per night in AED (UAE Dirhams). Rates are inclusive of 5% VAT, 7% municipality fee, 10% service charge. Check in and Check out policy: • Check-in Time: At 15:00 hours. Rooms required before 15:00 hours on the day of arrival on confirmed basis must be pre-booked from the previous night at an additional one-night charge. • Check-out Time: Before 12:00 hours. Rooms required after 12:00 hours on the day of departure on confirmed basis must be for an additional night at additional one night charge. Age restriction policy - 21 years old and above.
