Residence I Mirti Bianchi is a residence with modern apartments with kitchenettes, set in a three-storey building that features a lift, an outdoor swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas and an unguarded parking area.

The Residence is located near the centre of Santa Teresa Gallura and is about 800 metres away from the Rena Bianca beach, the main beach of the village. It is possible to organize excursions for our guests. In particular, Santa Teresa Gallura is the ideal location to visit the Archipelago of the Maddalena islands.

RATES INCLUDE: Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette and waste to be provided by the customer, otherwise supplement of € 50.00), electricity, water, 1 set of bed linens per week. Swimming pool, air conditioning, private indoor and outdoor parking, shared washing machine and dryer, bicycles (service based on availability, security deposit: € 50,00), fitness corner.

Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel. +390789754975). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in.
