Hotel description

Cristal Blu residence is located in the historic center of the town of Santa Teresa Gallura. In a quiet location, the property is just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, the main square and the marina. The lively square, the characteristic artisan shops of the historic center and the intense nightlife make it one of the prettiest town in the north of Sardinia. From the modern marina you can reach the nearby Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena Island.

RATES INCLUDE: Final cleaning (cleaning of the kitchenette and waste to be provided by the customer, otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied), gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed linens per week, swimming pool, air conditioning, shared washing machine and bicycles (service based on availability, security deposit € 50.00).

Extra cleaning (kitchenette excluded) and room tidyng during the week to pay on spot and to be reported at time of reservation.

Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office (Tel.+390789754048 - Tel. +393336252287) in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied.
