The boutique hotel built of natural stone blends into the barren rocky landscape of the Mani and is located high above the tiny village of Limeni with a spectacular view of the bay and dreamy sunsets. A private sea entrance is located on the rocky coast and about 3 km away is the long, organized pebble/sand beach of Neo Itilo with several cafes and bars. About 4 km away is the center of Areopolis, in the stone streets there are several boutiques, cafes, bars and taverns, decorated with beautiful bougainvilleas and charming houses. Kalamata Airport is around 90 km away. A car is recommended.

The unique hotel, consisting of 16 stone towers, houses 38 high-quality and newly renovated rooms and has a reception, lobby, WiFi (free of charge), restaurant, in the beautiful outdoor area there is a freshwater swimming pool, pool/snack bar, and a large terrace with panoramic views and a tavern with international and Greek dishes. The use of loungers and parasols at the pool is included. Parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge.
