Hotel description

The apartments are located in a newly built residential complex in the picturesque and touristic town of Orosei (about 90 km from the port and airport of Olbia), which preserves a medieval historic center dominated by the ruins of the ancient Giudicale castle. The Marina di Orosei, a long beach of about 5 km, is home to numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osalla and Su Petrosu, and is located just 3 km from the residence.

All apartments are air conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style, they are arranged on two floors (ground and first floor) and have an independent entrance with a covered and equipped veranda or balcony.

RATES INCLUDE: Final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning is responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 60.00), electricity, water, gas, 1 set of bed linens and bath towels per week, air conditioning, unguarded parking and access to swimming pool at the Hotel Maria Rosaria (220 meters).

Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated at least 48 h in advance to the property (+39078498657 or email info@hotelmariarosaria.it). Check-in after 22:00 has an extra cost of € 20.00. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins.
