Hotel description

The well-kept Luitpold am See complex HAUS 1 & HAUS 2 with the "Seerestaurant" in the Art Nouveau villa and the two hotel buildings is located in Prien directly on Lake Chiemsee, the "Bavarian Sea" (Travel time from Munich approx. 1 hour and from Salzburg approx. 40 minutes).

HAUS 1 offers 54 stylishly furnished single, double and family rooms and is located directly on the Chiemsee.

HAUS 2 with 24 rooms is about 100 m from the lake.

Our restaurant and the comfortably and stylishly furnished hotel rooms (all with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, cable TV, radio alarm clock, telephone and room safe - some with ceiling fans) ensure a familiar and friendly atmosphere. In both hotel buildings all floors are easily accessible by lift.

Free parking is available for our guests at both hotel buildings.

A free W-LAN access is available in the entire hotel and restaurant area.

In the restaurant and on the large lakeside terrace (seasonal), we serve Bavarian and international dishes all day from 11:00 a.m. onwards, as well as specialities from our in-house pastry shop.

As excursions are offered: Island tour with visit to Herrenchiemsee Castle, trip to Salzburg and/or Munich, cable car ride up the Kampenwand, salt mine in Berchtesgaden, visit to the automobile museum in Amerang.
