Oberterzen is 700m above sea level and lies between mountain and valley. The family-run hotel "Knobelboden" is located in the cozy and idyllic village of Oberterzen, with a view down to Lake Walen.

Hiking or biking on the Flumserberg, the 5-lake hike on the Pizol for active hikers or simply taking the boat to Quinten and strolling through the small vineyards and the car-free village. The Heidiland area has a lot to offer.

The hotel is not suitable for guests with special needs. The mountain view rooms are not accessible by elevator.
