Kyparissia is situated on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese and is surrounded by vineyards, melon fields and olive groves. It is divided into the Old (Upper) Town, with its still well-preserved traditional settlement, and New (Down) Town. The old town below the castle with its stone houses drapes picturesquely on the slopes with its small cozy taverns and craft shops and the new Kyparissia extends in the flat part to the sea with the idyllic little port, the beautiful beach bars of the large platia and the modern shops and entertainment venues. The area is famous for its endless beaches and known for the “Caretta” turtles that lay their eggs there.

Quietly and harmoniously embedded in the middle of olive groves and only approx. 200 m from the natural sandy/pebble beach. Several organized sandy beaches in the vicinity. The center of Kyparissia with numerous bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues is around 1.5 km away. There is a bus stop here with connections to Patras, Athens and Kalamata. Kalamata Airport is about 60 km away.

The family-run Hotel Apollo Art has a total of 28 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception, internet corner (inclusive), WLAN (inclusive), breakfast area, bar and lounge area with satellite TV and a small library, escape room. In the well-kept outdoor area there is a freshwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool bar, a large terrace and a tavern with traditional Greek dishes. The use of loungers and parasols at the pool is included. New from 2021, the hotel's roof garden area is specially designed for yoga retreats and wine tastings.
