Quietly located in the Messinian Bay, the hotel is located directly above a pebble beach with fantastic views of the sea and surrounded by olive groves. A bus stop with connections to Petalidi (approx. 1 km), Koroni (approx. 20 km) and Kalamata (approx. 30 km) is right in front of the hotel. The airport can be reached after approx. 20 km. The village of Petalidi can be reached via a footpath.

The popular, small, 3-story holiday complex consists of 18 spacious residential units accessible via stairs and is run in a familiar and loving manner by German-speaking owners. The hotel has a reception, snack bar/tavern with panoramic sea views, where breakfast and traditional Greek dishes are served, sun terrace, WiFi (free). Garage parking space (free). Beach shower and changing room on site. Sunbeds and parasols on the beach are free of charge when consumed. Cleaning and linen change every other day.
