Located directly in the skiing and hiking area, the resort complex was completely renovated in 2022 (altitude 1524m), facing south near the middle station of the Kanzelhöhenbahn and the Gerlitzen ski lifts.

The facility is located directly in the ski area. Attention: Arrival via toll road (free ticket for hotel guests at reception). Access via Treffen, not on the toll road via Bodensdorf. There is a restaurant on site offering breakfast and half board. Additional booking possible in advance or on site.
