The 4 star hotel has its own wellness facility with various baths and saunas. Relax with a massage, in the sauna, in the 30 degree heated swimming pool, in the steam bath or in the whirlpool. For children there is a 300 m² children's paradise right next to the hotel complex (fee required).
The Matterhorn Restaurant serves Swiss and international cuisine and offers a fine selection of wines.
As Zermatt is car-free, parking is available in Täsch (for a fee), from where you can take the shuttle train to Zermatt (approx. 12 min. journey). For a fee, you can use the public parking garage in Täsch or the hotel's own parking spaces with e-car charging station at the Matterhorn Inn. In Zermatt, a hotel-owned shuttle from/to Zermatt train station is also available by appointment.
